What vetting means
Bench members see other people's data and get paid for it, so we check four things before anyone touches a real record.
- Skill: a scored trial task with known answers.
- Judgement: the code of conduct and an ethics check on personal data.
- Identity: one real person per account, screened against sanctions lists.
- Ongoing quality: hidden test items inside real tasks keep a running score.
Tiers. Tier 1 works on synthetic and redacted data. Tier 2 after 200 tasks at 95%+ on hidden checks. Tier 3 (sensitive data) only with the data owner's approval. Everything happens inside Kovo: no downloads, every action logged. A breach means removal.
